As the daughter of an interior designer, I was exposed to a very creative world at a young age. Watching my Dad pull together amazing fabric and paint combinations with a unique twist was always inspiring. I have a deep appreciation for art, design, antiques and interiors that all blend together and influence my sense of style and what inspires me.
After attending Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, and earning a degree in Communication Design, I worked at a design firm in Los Angeles and fell in love with the art of food and beverage packaging. After several years, I returned to my roots outside San Francisco, where I continued designing. Over the years I have worked at several top tier branding firms and have been instrumental in the branding of many food and beverage products for such companies as Cost Plus World Market, Safeway, Nestlé, General Mills, Del Monte, Franciscan Estates and Peet’s Coffee & Tea. My work has been recognized by Communication Arts, Vertex, and Graphis. I strive to bring a unique and memorable quality to all projects that is distinctive and strategic. I’m known for my attention to detail and elegant design aesthetic. I bring fresh ideas to the table that have a timeless quality and incorporate unique materials.
While studying at Art Center, I enrolled in a letterpress class and another deep passion was born. As time has permitted through the years, I’ve nurtured my passion for letterpress on the side, and dabbled in invitation and event design. I love transforming a space into something unique and memorable for a special event, tying together the invitations, favors, and decor.
